Default fuel pump access panel

does anybody have pics and how safe is it to cut it out with the fuel tank still in the car ?
also what are u guys useing to cut it out ? just a grinder with a cut wheel?

I carefully drilled holes in the corners and then used pnuematic(air) shears so there were no sparks flying around by the tank or into the car,they worked great,i didnt cut it completely out just the three sides(folded it over) then after install folded the metal back over and sealed it up with silicone.Took me 2 hours just taking my time.
