[QUOTE=kalebm22;13653877]if you have a 10 second lt1 car post your setup and some info about it.
weight:3,450lbs.
gears:4.10
engine: 383 LT1, stock PCM tuned by me.
cam: LE4 solid roller 24x/25x 660lift
heads/flow numbers: LE3 stock castings, stock LT1 intake {ported}
transmisison: Th350
stall:4k Precision industries
any power adder: none
suspension: BMR, wolfe antiroll
60ft time:1.47
tires: 28x10.5 ET drags
Here is my setup that I ran 10.82@127.8mph on motor and I only took it out a couple times. The converter is my n2o converter so it slowed the car down a few tenths. I had some PCM issues so I pulled the stock PCM and wiring. In the process of installing a Fast engine management, swapping cams since I have the ability to turn 7500+rpms and finishing up my single plane setup. I want to sell the cam and intake that was on the motor when it ran 10.80's all motor. The cam has about 15 passes on it and the LT1 intake has extensive portwork. LMK Later Clint

Thanks. It was a bunch of forum marketplace/facebook parts thrown together that worked out. Now most of that stuff is moving to my daily and a new combo for the 3rd-gen.

My build goal is low 10s/high 9s NA if this helps.

weight: 3200
gears:4.10
engine:383
cam:solid roller 25x/26x, >.700" lift
heads/flow numbers: 315cfm int/230cfm exh after milling on independent bench (clay fixture, small bore, no pipe/extension. GTP claimed 330cfm int on their bench)
transmisison:Built Powerglide w/ T-Brake
stall:5500 8"
any power adder: None
suspension: UMI bolt-on suspension
60ft time: Dunno yet...same suspension went 1.5x with ~150 less hp and a 700r4!
tires:ET Street rears, M&H Racemaster fronts on Weld RTSs
ECU: 24x setup to allow over 7k RPM

I'd be happy with sub 10.5s but I eventually want 9s. May need to take more weight out of it since it still doesn't have a cage yet.

I am still working out the tune on the new combo. I had a severe miss on #5 cylinder due to my headers melting my #5 plug wire. Just had a new header tube made and will be putting on some boots for further protection in the future. I figure the combo still has another 1-2 tenths and 1-2 mph in it N/A as it sits (gearing/converter is for nitrous so N/A times suffer).

weight: 3600 with driver
gears: 3.70 with 28" tall tire
engine: 383LT1 with 12.15-1 comp
cam: solid roller .65x lift 259/267 @.050 108lsa
heads/flow numbers: ported AFR 220's old style with T&D shaft mount rockers (no flow #s)
transmission: th400 rmvb
stall: ~4700 8" FTI nitrous converter
any power adder: No times yet.
suspension: PA racing k-member/a-arms, spohn control arms/ panhard and LCA brackets, madman TA, Hal Qa1's, wolf anti sway bar, full cage.
60ft time: 1.571
ET: 10.873@124.68
tires: 2955515 MT drag radials

Did you ever find out how you blew it up, or is it still an ultra-super sensitive subject?

Merry Christmas!
