Default help me id this cam

hey guys, im currently rebuilding my engine. i was told this engine was cammed but i didnt know for sure or what kind of cam it was...

well i tore the engine apart and pulled the cam out, for sure its not stock but im not too sure what cam it is

i looked on the back side of cam, and saw some numbers and letters :
586 FM58
and
019 03R

i did a little researching, and the only thing i found was that the "586" part of the numbers and letters i first mentioned are the last three numbers of the hot cam part number

what do you guys think this cam is??

A quick measurement with some calipers should yield the gross lift (don't worry about subtracting the base circle diameter). If they are identical, then it's more than likely the hotcam.
