Help! Sputtering almost stalls?

Help! Sputtering almost stalls? My car has been running like **** lately when i hit bumps or sometimes even when my foots off the gas the car bucks and when coming to a stop it almost stalls...no codes so i have no idea what im chasing here

check wires and plugs after that check all your vacum lines hit me up when you get a chance ok
