Default Windage tray
If I convert A LT1 Main caps from a 2 bolt to a 4 bolt
can I use the stock windage tray.

ya, but you'll be relegated to using the stock main bolts, unless you use studs for a windage tray, But the stock windage tray is not the best around, if youre spinning money I would go with a better offering.

yes

either reuse the OEM 3 long studs or buy a set of Miloden studs

use 1/8" spacer washers betweenstud & windage tray to clear the rods on the 383
