Default Abs on 95 z

My camaro abs light came on today and stayed on, when I break It is fine until I get to about 10 mph then it like slips and I Lise control and a second later it kicks in and comes to a quick stop, is it the sensor gone bad or something like that? I had never seen anything like that until today and it has me confused as of now...

Are you sure you aren't losing traction? The ABS system operates similarly in the manner you describe.

If the light stays on, you can have the EBCM scanned by the dealer to pull the ABS codes to pinpoint the problem with the ABS system. The ABS system is incredibly complex, and pulling the codes will give you an accurate idea on where to begin your troubleshooting.

ya im pretty sure i'm not losing traction. It "slips" whether i am going from 70-0 or 15-0 very gradually. I guess I just need to take it by the local dealership unless there are any troubleshooting steps i should try first.

Sounds like a bad sensor, so your car thinks one of the wheels is turning at a different speed so abs kicks in. An easy way to test it is to hook up a voltmeter to the wheel speed sensor to see if all of them are creating voltage.
