Finally got this thing figured out ...Thanks Well some of you guys have been really helpful with my first LT1 experience...most people wade in a little at a time and test the waters ...i on the other hands dove right into the deep end ...my car is a 383 with a D1SC ...didnt run when i bought it ..being new to LT1's and boost I have read countless threads and asked a lot of questions ..well after changing the opti and sorting out a PCM ground issue i got the car running ..Barely ...kept digging and tonight I found a major Boost leak ..repaired it and I have to say this old girl runs like a scalded dog ...just wanna say thanks to those that offered advice and encouragement ...glad to part of the LT1 family
