Default Passenger side motor mount bolts open to oil passages?

Doing a teardown of the lower half of the block today and took the passenger side motor mount bracket off. Are two of the bolt holes open to the oil passages because oil came out? Did not expect that. I did just before I took off the mount pour MMoil down all four passenger side cylinders.

No, they do not connect to any of the oil galleries. They could crack into the waterjackets.

Unless they used oil when they torqued 2 out of the three bolts I'm completely stumped.
