Default Need Trans Mount Advise

So I keep ripping my tranny mount, but I'm concerned with going with a poly mount. I hear they are notorious for excessive road noise and are a detriment to ride comfort. I already have poly bushings and mounts everywhere else(mistake) and don't want to make it any worse. Are there any pliny mounts that are softer than others? If y'all have any other suggestions feel free to speak up...thanks in advance!

Anyway, this subject has been discussed dozens of times here. Bottom line, use an Energy Suspension mount, sand off the "bumps" on the bottom of the mount, don't use the "preload plate", and you'll be good to go.....
