Ok so i just did a t56 swap took it for a drive and everything was great, pull out to an open straight away and punched it off from 1st to 3rd and when i hit third it made a loud pop/backfire and the car died. The car is heads/cam with a msd opti that was working great all summer and even prior to this experience. I have spark and fuel pressure but it wont turn over and it backfired out the intake 2 to 4 times on different occassions when cranking it. Also after the key is turned to the run position and the "ding noise" goes away there is an additional 3 dings and the check guages light and service engine light is on. Any ideas.
