lets see your nitrous setup
what brand are you using? how much are you spraying? Dry or wet? Single or direct port? What is recommended? What do you suggest? I'm trying to get ideas for a bottle location. I don't want it in plain view on top of the fuel tank nor do i want it in the hatch because I need to put my t-tops in there. I'm thinking of taking either the spare tire out or the speaker on the opposite side and installing it in there.

Its a TNT Kit...Adjustable from 100-250
I am spraying a 150rwhp Wet shot....It is a dual nozzle plate kit...
My bottle is mounted on the hump between the rear seats...Since you want it hidden then the spare tire area is the best spot in my opinion....
As for what is recommended....A wet kit IMO is easier to set up and safer since the tune does not have to be as dead on like a Dry kit....
As for how much you can spray we would need to know what your setup is...
We sprayed a 100 on a stock bottom end for a while and never hurt it...and there are guys spraying a lot more than that on them too...

I ran a 100 wet shot on my Hot Cammed '94 Z28. The solenoids were mounted on the firewall with the nozzle on the underside of the intake elbow. The purge line ran up along the windshield and wasn't noticeable. It wasn't completely hidden, but you definitely couldn't see it unless you were looking for it.
I had a lot of fun with it. Car trapped 118 before I sold it.

Nitrous outlet plate kit here, NX automatic bottle opener, hidden ashtray switch, inside the car you can't even tell its there.
I also have a harris speedworks microedge controller. Im not sure how it will work with the nitrous outlet noids but we'll find out. Im almost done putting it in, hopefully ill have some testing in the next couple weeks.

Dual nozzel set up here. Started life as a TNT kit and I ditched the plate, put the nozzels in the elbow for better distribution then replaced almost everything with Nitrous Outlet products. My bottle is out in the open for easy access. Run dual intake pumps for fuel and a lean shutdown with wideband 02. Currently spraying 150, but hope to go to 200 before the end of the season.

Bought this kit used off of here for cheap. Slapped it together with the parts that were provided (off of an LS1). Talk about budget Bottle is mounted in the spare tire well, digital 6 and window switch in glove box (with cpu fans/vent holes for circulation) and switches are all mounted in center console. I would prefer the ashtray area but my TH350 shifter is in the way Can't wait to blow this hoe up and use that as an excuse to build a new bullet.

No, they are not the same price to get equal features.
You must not be able to read if you think the MSD Digi 6 has more options than the Mallory.
The Mallory 685 has:
Selectable Timing Retard
Boost Proportional Retard (with their harness)
Start Retard
2 Step / Auxiliary Rev Limiter
RPM Window Switch
MSD Digi 6:
One stage timing retard (whoopty freaking doo)
You need A LOT more add on MSD boxes to accomplish the same things that the Mallory does...
If you're going to run your nitrous system with no window switch, or pay more money for a seperate one, arent going to use the 2 step, arent going to use the start retard, arent going to use the boost retard, then by all means, go for the MSD.
