This is a lT4 intake part number GM-12550631. Suppost to have same runners as the LT4 intake # 12550630 and these two LT1 intake part #s 12552138 and 12552137. THis part is a collectors item being that gm doesn't produce them anymore. THey were selliing for as much as $1000 a year or two ago and now you can't find them."

Maybe now. Back in 06 when I was collecting the parts for my new motor, LT4's were made of gold. I got lucky and only paid $600 for a new one after watching several go for over 900+ on ebay and some forums. Thing is that there was NO other option for a factory manifold then, unlike now.

I just don't get it how all of that stuff can be "worth" that much. Like when I see people selling OEM SS wings for like $500 and OEM SS hoods for $1,000. It just makes me wonder, wtf?! Why wouldn't someone just spend half that and buy a brand new one from a company like VFN or SLP? Oh well.. Hard to understand some people. Doesn't help that I am a broke college student
