^ True. My tuning laptop uses the older serial cable, which IMO is more reliable and easier to set up. Either that or I'm an old fogey.

my usb cable works fine for tunercats and tunerproRT


you need to check your port in the car and buy the correct plug.

I got my usb cable from Craig Moates and I tune with a windows 7 laptop. Make sure you are on the right com port and set everything to run in compatibility mode for windows 2000. I have tunercats and use it with zero issues.
