Default Chaning gaskets

So im putting on a new intake manifold and throttle body gasket, jw if they go on dry or are you suppose to put anything on them? I know rtv goes on the block on the front and back sides.

They go on dry. Old Gen 1 SBC sometimes need a little rtv on the water passages on the head side of the intake gaskets. Lt1s don't have them so they go on dry.

Dry, but make sure you put some RTV about 1" up onto the gaskets above and below when you do the China wall.

Different views on this. The ole "more than one way to skin a cat" comes to mind.
