Newbie with 5.3 silverado Got a 03 silverado with a 5.3 liter. Changing the gears from 3.42 to 3.73. Then a cat back exhaust. Dont know much about how to mod these new technology cars. So im lookin for help. Want the best bang for the buck.eventually i would like to change the cam throttle body pulleys injectors and prolly a bunch of other stuff over time. Anybody got any ideas. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I also wouldnt mind taken the heads off and having them completely work at jersey cylinder heads(tim zepp racing engines)
