turns over but wont start i have a 96 z28 i recently swapped my motor due to a blown head gasket and the bottom end froze up due to the water sitting brand new fully ported heads lt4 hot cam fully ported intake pace longtubes no cats underdrive pulley cold air intake turns over strong then lopes twice slow then turns fast again please help need my car running thank you...............

check opti harness at opti then where it hooks to main harness. well sounds like your getting spark since its loping, check n make sure your plug wires are right then check them again.
