Depends on whats already done to the car...lots of possibilities.
The most common way would be to do heads, cam, intake, bolt-ons and supporting mods. That give you between 380-420 hp at the wheels in most cases depending upon heads, cam choice ect. That would be enough power to put you into the 11's easy.
start with suspension, full bolt ons, tires, and the like first.

this must be some sort of game
don't tell us ANYTHING about the car or what is done......and we will see how many variations we can come up with to make the unknown car with the unknown mods run in the 11's or 10's..... And of course I assume it is just unlimited budget too.....

Agree wih bumps a lot.Is the car stock?if not what modifications?is it auto or manual?what is your budget?are you for or against nitrous?that would help us out a lot.
