Question LT-1 cooling

Hi gang, RUSTY here, I have a question about an LT-1 that will be my winter project, this will go into a 1948 chevy truck, I know about the wiring and fuel supply from some good vendors, but my question is about the reverse flow radiator, I have the one from my doner car 1997 camaro looks real big for such a small place, I have found a picture of one on the net of a 1950 truck looks like this person is running the stock radiator with there LT-1. Can any one give some pointers if I can do this and how, this is something I'm not sure how to fix with out spending a bunch of money on a custom radiator.

thanks Rusty.

I belive it just a crossflow radiator nothing special about the radiator. The reverse flow happens at the water pump and in the block and heads. Find something that is cross flow with cap on the same side as stock and I dont see there being any issue. Mabey some else can pipe in and add something about this.

Just don't forget to hookup the lines from the back of the heads back to the radiator/overflow tank and don't forget to "bleed" all of the air out of the system or the engine will overheat and blow the head gaskets.

The jegs/summit universal aluminum radiators are a cross flow design, their right around $200 with the mounting hardware, should work for what ya need.
