bad vacuum leak? or too much fuel, causing the computer to open the IAC trying to lean it out.

IDK

SES is for:

P0430 bank 2 (passenger cat?)
P0137 bank 1 sensor 2 (rear driver O2?)
P1441 (HVAC?)

I also have an exhaust leak on the drivers side that is starting to get pretty bad

did you mess with or remove your PCV lately? lets say you capped it off and left that tube from the valve cover to the TB you would be experiencing a vacuum leak. if thats the case just run a breather on the valve cover.

The best thing to do is monitor your IAC counts with scanning software, aside from visual cues like broken vacuum lines, etc. Do you still have the fresh air supply hose on the passenger side valve cover?

I think I am having about this same issue. Motor just idles down slowly sometimes or not at all. Was thinking its the maf sensor cause if I tap on it, it comes down quick.
