Default New piston option for 396

I just got off the phone with CP Pistons, They will be making us a Bullet series part number for the 396 engines. It will be 2618 material, steel top ring, napier second. Option of wrist pin thickness for those of you wanting to run nitrous. Here is a little info about the bullet series.

Well it all comes back to having a good tune up, but in my opinion.... on a 396 anything over 200 should have a shorter rod so you can make a custom piston with the ring lands down and spread out. Things go bad in a hurry.

not bad reminds me of probe pistons looks like all 3.875 stokes are 6" rods standard with them so would the custom aspect be a 5.85?
