Default Car warms up then runs terrible

After my car gets to normal operating temp it runs like absolute crap. It pops and kicks and is running extremely rich. I just installed headers and at first i thought it was my plugs. I changed my plugs and rerouted the wires so they have no chance of burning. I have no check engine lights on. Anyone ha ve any idea whats the deal here?

First thing is to check routing of wires. Popping is a good indication of an ignition issue. If that's okay then unplug your O2 sensors, run to operating temp and see what happens.

There ya go. You need to change your O2 sensors. It's actually rather common for O2 sensors to go bad shortly after a header install.

For what it's worth, the Bosch O2 sensors are junk. It will cost more, but stick with GM O2 sensors. You can get them cheaper than the dealer from GMpartsdirect.com. The last time I had to buy some, I actually found a killer deal for them on Amazon.com.

Are the headers new and ceramic coated on the inside?

the headers are the painted pacesetter LT's, i cleaned the old paint of and baked new paint on. I replaced my o2 sensors and now everything is running good. I appreciate your help. Thank you
