Default Clutch problems

Ok so i installed new hydraulics and a new clutch.. just getting the car together after a year.. Bled the new hydraulics and now the pedal will only go down halfway and then its hard as a rock.. any idea's so if im being vauge on the way out the door here.. (stock replacement clutch btw)

If wont move at all the clutch fork might have fallen off the throw out bearing

Just what I was thinking. Make sure the clutchfork is properly engaged on the throwout bearing, and do not try to force the pedal down or your slave cylinder will literally explode and puke fluid all over your garage floor (I know from experience).

You can tell when the fork is completely engaged on the throwout bearing when the little round indent or 'cup' on the end of the fork is exactly centered between the two studs sticking out of the bellhousing that the slave cylinder bolts to.

Also make sure the rod is inside that cup. Mine came out as I was tightening the slave cyl down and did exactly what you said.
