Default 396 lt4 fueling ?

I'm running a 396lt1 and just wondering at what horsepower level do the stock fuel rails become restrictive? I'm seeing more and more set ups with the 6an fittings on both rails with regulator....

Stock fuel rails won't be a restriction on an NA build.

I would replace the pump with the racetronix full kit w/harness and not worry about it.

Stock lines & rails will support 750rwhp without problem.

If you change the fittings & replumb them with new lines, they will support well over 1000rwhp..... they essentially have the same ID as aftermarket rails.

I wouldn't run anything other than stock lines and rails.
I'm running stock lines and rails...and I'm pushing 650 on a supercharger.
What you have is already enough.

its not the rails themselves, its the tiny 5/16 crossover and return that kill the stock setup. I run -8 into the front of both rails, then -6 into the regulator with a -8 return should be good for 1000 hp on E85. No back to back testing, but I feel you get more consistant fuel pressure feeding the rails individually, especially if you're not running a monster of a fuel pump.
