Safety Testers in STL? So I just failed my safety test to get my license plates renewed. They failed me because I have no egr or catalytic converter on my 97 Z28. I removed these a little over a year ago because I dont have to take emissions testing and thought I would be fine. Everybody always says they know a guy that will pass them anyways so I was wondering if anybody knew some guys in the St. Louis area that could? I have my car registered in Phelps Co. because I go to school in Rolla, Mo but I am from STL and figured there would be more people there

i live in stl too. i had those mods and passed two years ago through someone but they got audited or whatever by the state so i had to put my cat back on as well as my egr
