I don't think it gave me any gains, but my filter was also off my Lingenfelter CAI! Looks sooooooo much better though! It helps that I didn't have to clearance anything either

great!! i see u have a front end conversion done. does that help for clearance for the lid or is it the same when doing that with the 93-97 bumper and hood?

about how much did converting to the lid set up cost you?

No clearance was needed at all with the new front end. I literally bolted on the radiator support and lid, closed the hood and checked for clearance. No issues at all. The setup cost me $30. I had to pay for the fernco coupler and a used K&N. My friend who I bought the car off of gave me the lid and radiator support.
