Default p0307 I've tried everything

So I just did the head gaskets in my stock 97 Z28 and now it keeps throwing DTC p0307, misfire cyl 7. I already replaced the spark plug, checked the wire with a multimeter, swapped the injector from cyl 7 to cyl 1, double checked the valves, and vacuum lines. I installed a chandler motorsports opti and MSD coil about 1000 mi ago. I'm out of ideas

update....

does any body know if bad opti or o2 sensor can cause a misfire on just one cylinder? i ask because i disconnected the electrical connector on the fuel injector while the car was idling and nothing changed, the ses light didn't even come on. i checked the connector and electrically the fuel injector is working, and like i said i already swapped the fuel injector from cyl 1 to cyl 7. that is why i'm thinking it might be the opti. when i start the car i can hear a miss, and it shows a pending code p0307, but the ses light doesn't come on until the car is warmed up, thats why i suspect the o2 sesors. sorry for the long post, just trying to get all the info out there.
Thanks and happy new year.
