Default pass power window broken?!

So recently my passenger power window went dead in the up position and I was not able to roll it down. I replaced the motor thinking that it went bad since it was original and the same problem occurs! I cannot lower the window using the driver or passenger window switch. The driver window rolls up and down perfectly its just the pass side that is acting up.

I tried measuring the voltage on the motor wiring pigtail, i think its the blue and grey wires and I dont get any voltage when applying the switch. What else could be wrong? Its been getting pretty warm outside lately and it sucks not to able to roll down the pass window, so any help would be great.

Silly question: Is the switch broken?

I just took the switch off the passenger side and tried to lower the window on the driver side and it still wont work. Is there a way to test the switch?

If they both failed at the same time I doubt it's the switch. The way I've seen them fail is mechanical. You can feel it no longer engaging. Check it against other switches and you'll feel the difference. If it still feels fine, chances are it's something else. I'm not sure which fuse controls it but maybe it's fuse related?
