Default fuel pressure regulator question
can a bad fuel pressure reg make the car over load on fuel and run rough?

yes, pull the vac hose to it and see if you see gas

Absolutely. Fuel pressure should adjust proportional to manifold pressure. If it doesn't move or leaks out of the vacuum line then it needs replacing.
