Best TransAm/Firebird headlight replacement?

I am replacing my now broken fog light housings with some aftermarket 4" fog lights and figure I might as well replace my stock headlights as well. What are the best headlights to go with that don't cost a fortune?

i got silverstars from autozone for $25 a piece. very bright replacements

Depends on the cost. How much would it cost to convert to HID?
