i just did a new exhaust lt headers ory into lm wwith cat. the headers suck and dont fit to well . one is hitting the k member. the dash vibrates real bad in idle and overdrive. i was wondering what i can do to help it

Did you happen to put in new motor mounts to? I installed poly mounts when I went to headers and the car rattles ALOT now. Try gringing at the K-member until the header clears. Mines hitting the body on the passenger side and i'm sure it isn't helping my situation.

Why is it hitting the K-member is what I want to know..you would think the Headers would be better. Who made them?

Does it vibrate at a certian speed?

It vibrates because your exhaust is coming into contact with a solid component bolted to the chassis.

well im most certain it cuz the headers hit on the k member and i need heat and pry them away. they are 315 ebay headers
