Default That knocking/ticking problem video

sorry to say.... but that sounds like a spun rod bearing. thats what mine sounded like.

Don't start the engine anymore. It does sound like a possible rod bearing failure.

Yep sounds like a bottom end noise for sure...post a vid outside of the car running so we can hear it better

Too intermittent to be a rod knock. Pop the valve coves and see what you can see. When did it start doing this? Did you over rev it? Any details would be great.

That sounds like a very loose rocker.

yes it overreved when driving it throttle got stuck on bracket coupler for intake ill get a vid later in few hours

Not sure what is different about the updated video, but the sound quality is hideous. Stop running the car, pull the valve covers and see what is going on.

video sucks, get a better video with sound quality. ALso pull the damn valve covers off already

Hey mine sounded just like that after I replace a broken starter. It turned out to be a piece of the starter bouncing around in the inspection cover.

Don't run the car anymore, like ss rrr said, it sounds like a rocker arm, pop the valve covers off man, this happened to me once.
