Purchased this slp speedometer correction box in the classifieds here on tech, and the damn thing doesnt have a part # anywhere on it. Does anyone know the part number and possibly where to find a manual on how to make it work?

I just removed one from my 93 actually. (went with an LSx PCM)
It's pretty simple; you give it 12v and ground then put it inline with the speedometer wire under the passenger-side kick panel.
You set the jumpers inside to multiply your by your stock gear ratio to get your current current gear ratio.
Mine was like .8656 (3.23 / 3.73)
The box simply generates a signal using that factor so the speedo reads correctly.

I don't think I have the manual anymore, but I can take pics if that help you.

OP: I had a thread about the install in speeddensity.org, but the site it no longer up.
I'll keep poking around. Maybe one of the archive sites will have it.

I sent SLP an email asking if they have a digital copy somewhere.
We'll see how that works out.

It goes right here near the C220 connector under the passenger side kick panel.
You tap the yellow and orange wires inline with the green/white stripe wire.
You tap the red wire from the module into the red wire in the harness.
You ground the black wire (there's stud under the dash).

Thanks for the reply. Anyone know the part number? I'd like to find some sort of instructions so i know how to set it up if i make changes later on.
