Default went through 4 starters in 2 days!?help!

just installed cc306 and it is eating starters like crazy! After a few cranks the cone snaps right off. Has anyone else had this issue before? The motor turns over with no issues by hand and it is stock bottom end so it is normal 10:5 compression.

yeah either that, or maybe its not meshing up with the flexplate/flywheel correctly, sometimes the aftermarket starters need to be shimmed.. if not then they will cause problems.

Yes, cam gear dot 6 oclock crank gear dot 12 o clock with #1 TDC so the timing should be right. The initial fire up the car ran great for 20 min idled well and sounded healthy then this **** started happening

There are essentially two stages to the starter motor, the solenoid to pop it out and then the motor spins it up. it may not be popping the starter back after it catches. But, as was said before, it could also be the shimming, if its off by enough it could cause what you are seeing.
