Why do you want a 411 PCM?

I doubt anyone is going to have any of this "used" for sale, except the front cover.

I might sell you my front cover. I just have to decide whether I'm going to do the billet one or not.

Nah I have a 96 style, so I would need the billet if anyone has one for sale.

The pcm 411 is the preferred to go with

What about the harness, what are you using to adapt your harness? Is there a part number for that one or will I have to get that from eficon?

Why is 411 PCM preferred to go with? I think you have some things mixed. 0411 PCM is the express van PCM that has a hybrid distributor / LS PCM setup.... You dont need that when you swap over the 24X stuff. You need a 99+ LSx PCM. Thats it...

EFI Connection sells a DIY kit. For some reason they hide it on their site but I have a direct link:

I see what they're doing. The 99+ PCM is referred to as the "411" PCM because of the part number. Last 4 digits are 411 as opposed to the older 4896 one I believe.

Carry on

My guess is that they hide it to keep parasitic emails/phone calls to a minimum.

Mike actually does pretty good at responding to questions, both before and after the sale.
But I agree, the disclaimer is a little rough.

That's too bad. I thought someone was finally giving the internet know-it-alls the tech support they really deserve.

Just sent called Steve at Pro-jection engineering, Should I expect good service? I tryed re-pinning myself and for the most part didnt have a problem but I'm fed up with it and want to know its done right. Not ready to wait the 12 weeks for one of EFI connections harness... I apprieciate everything theyve done for the lt1 world but I'm not convinced i have to buy an 800 dollar harness to have it done right.

Ill respond to your PM but YES. Steves quality and attention to detail is first rate. My harness matched the alldata pinouts AND EFI Connections own pinoit crossover guide exacty.

All the custom wiring for my Nitrous and other accessories is badass as well.

He will take care of you.
