Default Is this Cam worth the trouble?
Found a Comp Cam 268H for about $75. Would this cam even be worth the trouble for a stock LT1?

as far as i know the 268h is for the gen1 small block, whereas the lt1 is gen2 so no it wouldn't work. and even if it did that is a very mild cam, and i would say not worth the effort.

If you are looking for a good off the shelf cam for a lt1 with stock heads go with the cc503; you will need new valve springs with any cam upgrade, that is if you are on the stock springs.
