Default New LT1 cam??

i have a 94 LT1 Z28 and im thinking about buying and putting in the comp cams 290HR-12 cam & roller lifters or as some people refer it as the cc306 idk why. but if i put that cam and solid roller lifters would i need anything else for the engine to be good for street daily driving? like can i use stock heads stock everything else? just different cam & lifters?? i dont know a lot about valvetrain. so please specify..

Thanks

If you use solid lifters with this cam you will need to buy some special hydraulic push rods.

I suggest you read a few threads on the cam...will it work in an auto sure will you like it without a larger stall? NO

I recommend you evaluate what you are trying to do and determine all associated parts and mods. Large cam without associated mods is far from optimal.

Good luck
