I'm loyal to this section so I'm posting this here...Anyway, I went to Florida last week to see my old friend with the 2009 Mercedes C63 AMG. Holy ****! There's no way a 4 door sedan should drive and handle like that car does! It'll probably be a year til I can get my finances in order, and buy it from him, but all I can say is wow! Paddle shifting a 7 speed is ridiculous! And since it's a 6.3 liter which is a 383, I can keep my screen name! And its black...So really its just a 4 door German Formula!

It's an amazing ride. It's rated at 451 hp, but sure feels like its underrated. And it handles like its on rails. With 6 piston front calipers and 4 piston rears it'll throw you into the dashboard when you nail the brakes. The current owner ordered a 2012 C63 which is 481 hp and has a new version of the 7 speed. Sources call the 2009 extremely fast and the 2012 freakishly fast and think that 11.90s-12.00s are possible. From my time with the 2009 I think just adding DRs would get you into the 11.90s maybe...

Anyway, the plan is to revisit this thing in a year, maybe less. Either way its one serious car that goes straight and turns very well...and in luxury..
