high rpm slip

high rpm slip I was at the track last night and noticed my tran would slip when shifting at wot and high rpms it would go to shift and shoot all the way up to the Rev limiter pop off of it then shift into gear did this from 1st to 2nd then from 2nd to 3rd I just had the Trans rebuilt 2mths ago
