Default Replacing Motor Mounts?

Ok so i had a small oil leak so i lifted my car to see where it was coming from and i noticed my passenger side motor mount bracket was f'd. How much of a pain is it to replace it? Its all cracked so i have to replace it soon. If i have someone do it for me how much would be a fair price to pay? Oh and i dont think it really matters.. but its a 95 a4 with headers on it.

It's not fun, but I've done them in the driveway with hand tools.
The tubular Kmember made it a lot easier

You'll need a good mix of sockets, extensions, universal joints and combination wrenches.
You'll also need a jack to raise the motor off the mount to relieve pressure and make room to get the mount out.
You could also do that with an engine hoist if you have one available.

I dont recommend doing this if you are not mechanically inclined. you would have to have the engine hoisted up to replace the mounts. Safety First!
