Default Rocker Studs

I have a 93 Trans Am, and I'm wondering if my rocker studs are pressed in, or can I just unscrew them and replace them with no problems?

I am going to be changing the valve springs and rockers, figure I might as well change the studs as well.

Good idea. Upgrade to the 7/16" studs too.
