Name this LT1 noise
Sounds like an exhaust leak in person, sounds like something internal on video.
What do you think?
Exhaust note seems completely normal, running on 8 cyl.
Ideas?

Sounds exactly like the noise mine was making before I threw a rod bearing, stacked another rod bearing, and had two lifters go out. I'm pretty sure it was just the lifters. This was what it sounded like after all that.

loose rocker, or those cheap *** header gaskets leaking the ebay headers come with. Mine started to leak just a few days after install. went to Mr. Gasket Ultra Seal header gaskets after and there still holding on strong 10k+ miles later.

Perhaps three different possibilities
loose rocker
loose spark plug
exhaust leak
The way to quickly dismiss if it's an exhaust leak is to put the trans in a high gear and accelerate. If the sound gets louder then it's most definitely an exhaust leak. If not then most likely the other two options. As stated, if not an exhaust leak, get a stethoscope and try to isolate what cylinder it's coming from.

I think you mean always use anti-seize on spark plug threads.
