Default This car is really pissing me off

Well guys I am ready to kill this car. I have been trying to get my lt4 hot cam to run right and I am having no luck. Anyways here is the rundown.

Engine is an 83k engine with milled .020 561 heads. Crane dual springs and 1.6 roller rockers out of the hot cam kit. Anyways the car is having a major low end miss fire under load. The car is also having trouble idling.

Things I have checked

-Rockers, Set and set again. The are very quiet.
-Fuel Filter replaced
-New plugs wires/coil/icm/opti. All tested good. Opti is on right. No burnt plug wires. Plugs look good as well.
-Fuel Pressure is good. Going to check it again tomorrow
-Tune, was having trouble on the trifeca tune on the OBD2 ecu. So I had an OBD1 ecu and knock sensor. Swapped over to ODB1 with a stock 6spd tune minus emissions stuff. Car ran good last weekend but I was not able to drive it(No exhaust at 10pm can make mad neighbors). This weekend I installed the exhaust and its running bad again. No exhaust leaks.
-Grounds, Everything has been checked and double checked
-Tps is good. Never moved it on stock throttle body but check anyways.
-New Coolant temp sensor. Tried something on the OBD2 ecu. Guy has same symptoms and it was a cheap try.

I am getting tired of this. I have now owned the car for 36 months and its been sitting eating my money in a longer story for 26 months. I am at the end with this car. Any ideas on what could be wrong. If not I am ready to sell or part out this car. Sucks as I just had the t-56 rebuilt as It needed new bearings.

Yeah, I am really hoping not. It also did this on a good opti. Came off my brothers car but was working when we swapped it.

Yeah it was replaced. Had a guy with the same symptoms. So I replaced it thinking that might have been the problem.

No cats. Longtube headers with egr/air delete. Tuned out with tuner cats. Also brand new a/c delco oxygen sensors.
