Default How do I get it off!?!

Oil Pressure sending unit on 93 camaro right above the oil filter...i hav the special socket but it wont fit 'cause of the header...what the hell do i do!!!!

unless i'm mistaken why not just use a wrench on the metal part at the base of the sending unit...unless its different than the sending unit for the ones behind the manifold...the reason for using a socket with that one is because you cant get a wrench back there but just use a crescent wrench

im pretty sure a wrench should work just gotta figure your angle

Just thought of something. Maybe the '93 cars are different... orrrrrrrr maybe I'm mistaken. On my '97, the oil pressure sending unit is on the top of the left side of the block behind the intake manifold, and the sensor on the oil pan is for the oil level.

93 and some 94 cars have the sensor above the oil filter
