Angry Passenger o2 sensor...F***!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 8 (no joke) trips to Autozone trying different tools I STILL can't get this damn piece of **** off. I've been trying ever since yesterday afternoon and it just won't come off. I can't get any tools in there.

Any suggestions before I blow this damn car up?!?!?!

Stock? Long tubes? You need to elaborate a bit.

If you haven't already, get propane torch from HD and heat that thing until it's red hot, then try to get it off. You will most likely have to chase the threads afterwards.

PB Blaster does wonders. When i removed mine from the stock mani's at 140K i just sprayed them down and 30 min later easily removed them with a open-ended wrench.

I'm sure you've tried liquid wrench and/or pb blaster...but if you haven't...let it soak up for a while...spray/soak it again...and again..then take shotgun and blow the bitch off

lol jk but seriously though if soakin it with pb or liquid wrench doesn't work SS RRR's method will for sure

Heat is what you need, you can even melt some real bees wax into the threads and it will come out.

Thanks for the advice guys, but I just took it to a shop and got it done. Funny, he used some small jackhammer like thing to get it out. But I got the new one in and my car runs alot better now.
Thanks again, I'm glad I won't have to worry about this again (hopefully).
