Default Code p0400, solution?

Hey everyone I need to know what would be the simplest fix for this code hopefully. ( to little flow to the egr) and where is this located on my 97 camaro lt1. Thanks

It is on the back of the intake. You cant really see it very well. They run about 120 bucks or so.

I found one for almost have that. Replacing that should resolve the code correct ?

wow, so how the heck am i suppose to get to the erg? after looking at it i need to hire a midget mechanic or something juezz. I'm not the smallest dude ever. I did find 2 hoses the were cracked/ lose but that probably would be to easy for my luck, i'll find out soon. Is it more likely the egr valve is causing the code or the vacuum solenoid possibly? I don't want to even attempt removing that valve any tips?
