Default comp cams 4810 guide plates

I know there are some guide plates that are good for the lt1 and some that arent.

I have these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-4810-8/?rtype=10 guide plates and am wondering if these are good ones or not

Negative, I'd do a search to see what people are using, I know the LT1 factory heads are a slight different spacing than a standard SBC.

Trickflow TFS-30400623-8 seem to be the most common.
