Default car bogs in low RPM

Just got done puttin headers and exhaust...and new wires and plugs, it's not throwing codes. In low rpm it'll hesitate, and kind of bog, until it reaches a certain RPM and it'll rise up smoothly..whats goin on with it? is the computer trying to compensate? or is the throttle body choked up?

Once you get it going smooth, will it bog if you blip the throttle quick? If it does I would be leaning towards something with the air intake, maybe a sensor? I dont think it would be a tune, I have a very similar set up but it's M6 and it runs pretty good with the stock tune....

Maybe check the gap on the plugs? Make sure the wires are plugged in all the way on the plugs? I know it can get tricky to get them completely on with the LT's in the way.

Could be a weak spark as well.. sounds like a good excuse to get an MSD coil
