Default M6 A4 computer swap

I have a 94 Buick Roadmaster with an A4 and a 95 Trans Am with a M6. I switched computers and now my tranny in my roadmaster isn't working right, also my a/c stopped working. My tranny acts like it has a stall in it now and it doesn't have overdrive. Can anyone help me? Summer is here and I need a/c. Thanks

The tunes are different on the a4 and m6 computers. Was the original computer in the roadmaster bad?

No I was checking to see if the computer in my T/A was bad. That's why I swapped them

I figured if I disconnected the battery for a few mins it would act right, but It didn't.

...because disconnecting it does not change the programming. You need it programmed for the year engine and trans.
