AFS75 O2 sensors, 96 LT1, did Delco change the design?
I orderd new AFS75 from RockAuto.com.. they came in yesterday, and look nothing like my stock AFS75 O2 sensors..
my originals look like the standard O2 sensor with "fins" in the head, and says "AFS75" on them.
these new ones, came in the AC Delco box, labled AFS75.. but look completely different, the tail wiring is much longer, the head is round but flat at the end and has holes in it instead. also doesnt say AFS75 anywhere on it,
this still the same sensor? did AC Delco change the design?

Mine looked like that as well. A totally different design from the AFS65 and old AFS75 and the recent but discontinued Delphi 10009. They seem to be more sensitive. My 10009s on my green car stay steady between 400mV and 750mV at idle in closed loop. The AFS75s (though one is bad and won't go over 200mV) on my stock LT1 red car go from 50-950mV pretty rapidly in closed loop (the one good one, anyway).
