so i have a few problems with my car, ive taken it to a couple mechanics and no one can figure these out. btw i am throwing code 26, i did have 15 & 46 before but their gone now. So when i start out, (in drive) my car goes threw first gear fine but goes to second for a bit and then the rpm's just drop and it shudders, if i hit the gas it peps up and goes but if i let off again it shutters. does it for all the gears except first. another problem is my gas tank & fuel pressure. My fuel pressure is about 35psi idle and it should be 40-45psi, and when i put in gas, it just sprays back at me like theres no ventalation, so i have to put it in super slow, and also theres a horrible gas smell in my car, like raw gas. I have posted about this car a couple times but still no luck, hopefully this time will work

I have the same problem with the gas smell when filling up. Although mine fills up at normal speed. I looked under the carpet in the hatch and there is a hole with duct tape. I need to remove it and see what the deal is.

someone replaced your fuel pump and they didnt want to drop the tank so they just cut a hole. very common
